红花注射液在大鼠脑缺血/再灌注损伤中抗氧化作用的研究 被引量:10

摘要 目的探讨红花注射液(SI)在大鼠脑缺血/再灌注损伤中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和丙二醛(MDA)的影响。方法将40只健康SPragueDawley大鼠随机分为假手术组、缺血/再灌注模型组、小剂量红花组和大剂量红花组,每组10只,分别在再灌注24 h测定超氧化物歧化醉(SOD)活性和丙二醛(MDA)的含量,再灌注24 h后取梗死灶脑组织行HE染色。结果小剂量红花组和大剂量红花组SOD活性较缺血/再灌注模型组及假手术组有显著增强(P<0.05),并且大剂量红花组较小剂量红花组的SOD活性增强更明显(t=79.871,P=0.000);小剂量红花组与大剂量红花组MDA含量较缺血/再灌注模型组及假手术组有显著减少(P<0.05),并且大剂量红花组较小剂量红花组的MDA含量减少更明显(t=-1.314,P=0.000)。结论红花注射液在大鼠脑缺血/再灌注损伤中通过增强机体SOD活性,降低MDA含量,达到其保护作用。 Objective To investigate the effect of safflor injection on superoxide dismutase (SOD) and malondialdehyde (MDA) in rats with cerebral ischemia and reperfusion injury. Methods 40 healthy Sprague-Dawley rats were randomly divided into sham operation group, ischemia reperfusion model group, low dose group, large dose of safflor group, 10 rats in each group. The contents of SOD activity and MDA were measured by 24 h assay, and the HE staining was performed after reperfusion 24 h. Results The activity of SOD was significantly enhanced in the small dose group and large dose group (P〈0.05), and the SOD activity was significantly higher in the large dose group (t=79.871 ,P=-0.000 ), and the MDA in the low dose group and the sham operation group (t=- 1.314 ,P=0.000). Conclusion The effect of safflor injection on the SOD activity and the protective effect of MDA in rats with cerebral ischemia and reperfusion injury was reduced.
