低分子肝素治疗新生儿脓毒症并弥散性血管内凝血的疗效分析 被引量:2

摘要 目的分析和研究低分子肝素治疗新生儿脓毒症并弥散性血管内凝血的临床效果。方法选取新生儿脓毒症并弥散性血管内凝血患儿52例,将其按数字随机表法均分为观察组与对照组(n=26)。2组患儿均给予基础对症治疗,对照组患儿在对症治疗基础上加用普通肝素治疗;观察组患儿在对症治疗基础上加用低分子肝素治疗,将2组患儿治疗效果及不良反应发生情况进行对比。结果 2组患儿治疗总有效率相比较:观察组88.5%高于对照组69.2%(P<0.05)。2组患儿肝素使用时间、出血停止时间、弥散性血管内凝血指标恢复时间等相比较:观察组分别为(3.1±0.6)d、(1.4±0.3)d和(3.9±0.5)d,均短于对照组[(6.5±0.9)d、(4.6±0.7)d和(6.3±0.8)d](P<0.05)。2组患儿均未出现明显不良反应症状。结论将低分子肝素应用于新生儿脓毒症并弥散性血管内凝血症患儿治疗中,其能够达到有效抗凝作用,并且患儿在应用药物治疗期间未出现明显不良反应症状,安全性较高,值得临床借鉴与推广。
