耳鸣习服疗法临床效果评估

Effectiveness of tinnitus retraining therapy( TRT) for tinnitus

目的评估耳鸣习服疗法(tinnitus retraining therapy,TRT)对耳鸣患者治疗的临床效果。方法将长期以严重主观耳鸣为主诉的67位患者随机分为两组,一组采用TRT疗法治疗(34例),一组作为对照组(33例),治疗周期12个月。本研究采用耳鸣残疾评估量表(tinnitus handicap inventory,THI)作为评估素材,对TRT组和对照组在TRT治疗开始前和结束后分别进行疗效评估。结果 TRT组及对照组受试者在首次评估中,THI平均总分分别为62.40分(SD=8.532)和61.90分(SD=8.367),对照组在两次THI评估中未见统计学差异。TRT组在治疗前和治疗后总分和各条目得分差异均有统计学意义(P<0.0001)。经TRT治疗后患者功能性、情感性及严重性得分均得到显著性改善。结论耳鸣习服疗法治疗耳鸣能够取得良好的临床效果。

Objective To investigate the effectiveness of the tinnitus retraining therapy （ TRT） for tinnitus.Methods A to-tal of 67 subjects with tinnitus were enrolled in the study.The subjects were divided into 2 groups randomly, one group received TRT （n=34）, and the other group was as control group （n=33）.The Tinnitus Handicap Inventory （THI） was used to assess the degree of tinnitus.THI was administered at the beginning of the TRT and 12 months after TRT, respectively.Results For the control group, there was no significant differences in THI scores between the initial and the second THI assessment.For the TRT group, the THI scores after 12 months of TRT was significantly lower than the baseline scores（P〈0.0001）.The significant improvements were found in the functional, emotional and catastrophic THI scores after TRT.Conclusions Based on the assessment results, TRT is an effec-tive method to treat tinnitus.
