女性抗苗勒管激素分泌的影响因素及其检测价值 被引量:2

摘要 随着社会的发展、环境因素的影响与压力的不断增加,妇科疾病的发病率呈持续上升趋势。妇科疾病本身对卵巢功能的影响及治疗过程中卵巢功能的变化情况都是医务工作者最重视的问题。目前用于检测卵巢储备功能的指标及试验有年龄、基础激素测定、多普勒超声检查、卵巢功能动态试验、基因检测等。目前,基础激素测定中抗苗勒管激素( anti-mullerian hormone,AMH)是研究的热点[1]。
