深部热疗联合化疗治疗晚期肺癌的临床疗效

Deep heat therapy combined with chemotherapy in the treatment of advanced lung cancer patients

目的探究深部热疗与化疗联合治疗晚期肺癌的临床效果。方法选择佛山市第一人民医院2013年5月至2014年5月间诊治的晚期肺癌患者80例,根据随机数字表法将患者随机分为研究组和对照组,每组40例。研究组患者采用深部热疗联合化疗(卡铂+吉西他滨),对照组患者仅进行单纯化疗,比较两组患者的临床效果、生活质量、生存情况及不良反应发生情况。结果研究组患者的临床有效率为57.5%,高于对照组的37.5%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组患者治疗后的生活质量改善率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组患者3个月、6个月、1年生存率均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05);不良反应主要是骨髓抑制及消化道反应,两组患者不良反应发生率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论晚期肺癌患者行深部热疗与化疗联合治疗,可显著改善生活质量,延长生存时间,临床效果确切,值得临床推广。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of deep heat therapy combined with chemotherapy in the treatment of advanced lung cancer. Methods Totally 80 patients with advanced lung cancer treated from May 2013 to May 2014 in The First People＇s Hospital of Foshan City were selected and randomly divided into research group and control group,40 cases each group. The research group adopted deep heat therapy combined with chemotherapy（ Carboplatin ＋ Gemcitabine） and control group adopted chemotherapy. The clinical effects,living quality evaluation,survival conditions after 3 months,6 months and 1year of treatment as well as adverse reactions of two groups were compared. Results The clinical effective rate of research group（ 57. 5%） was significantly lower than that of control group（ 37. 5%）（ P〈0. 05）;The improvement of quality of life in research group was significantly better than that of control group（ P〈0. 05）; The survival condition of research group after 3 months,6 months and 1 year of treatment was significantly better than that of control group（ P〈0. 05）; The main adverse event were myelosuppression and gastrointeinal reactions,and there was no significant difference between two groups（ P〉0. 05）. Conclusions The deep heat therapy combined with chemotherapy has an obvious effect in the treatment of advanced lung cancer,can significantly improve the patient＇s quality of life,prolong the lifetime. It is worthy of clinical promotion.
