优质护理对直肠癌术后深静脉血栓的预防作用及护理体会

Prevention role and nursing experience of high quality nursing on deep vein thrombosis after rectal cancer resection

目的探讨优质护理对直肠癌术后深静脉血栓形成的预防作用。方法选取2009年5月至2015年1月间青海省中医院收治的60例直肠癌根治术患者,根据随机数字法分为观察组和对照组,每组各30例,观察组患者在常规护理基础上采用优质护理,对照组患者仅采用常规护理。观察和比较两组术后深静脉血栓形成情况及护理满意度。结果与对照组相比,观察组患者术后深静脉血栓形成率降低(P<0.05);观察组患者对护理服务满意度提高(P<0.05)。结论优质护理能够有效地预防直肠癌术后深静脉血栓的形成,提高患者对护理服务满意度,值得临床推广。

Objective To study the prevention role of high quality nursing on deep vein thrombosis after rectal cancer resection. Methods From May 2009 to January 2015 in Qinghai Chinese Medicine Hospital,60 patients with radical resection of rectal cancer were enrolled in the study and randomly divided into the observation group and the control group according to the random number method,30 patients per group.The observation group accepted high quality nursing and the control group accepted routine nursing. The postoperative deep venous thrombosis and nursing satisfaction in the two groups were observed and compared. Results Compared with the control group,the incidence of postoperative deep venous thrombosis was significantly reduced in the observation group（ P〈0. 05）; the nursing satisfaction degree was obviously improved in the observation group（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusions The high quality nursing can effectively prevent the formation of deep venous thrombosis after resection of rectal cancer and improve the patients＇ satisfaction degree for nursing service. It is worthy of clinical promotion.
