This paper analyzes the favorable impact of Internet banking on rural commercial banks, namely, the reform and innovation of rural commercial banks, speed up the adjustment of business structure, optimize the banking market structure, at the same time, this paper expounds the adverse impact, that is, the impact of banking business philosophy, weakening the bank＇s intermediary position, the main business and increase the risk of banks. From this way, the reform of rural commercial banks： to change the management concept, adjust the management strategy, develop the intermediate business, strengthen the construction of talent team, to provide differentiated services to customer needs, pay attention to innovative research and so on.
