发展农村旅游对促进新农村经济建设的影响

The Effect of the Rural Tourism on the Rural Economy

文章以发展农村旅游对新农村经济建设的影响为研究对象,通过分析日本、美国等发达国家在发展农村旅游促进农业发展方面的宝贵经验,认为发展农村旅游对促进农业经济发展的作用主要体现在促进农村环境优化、拓展农民收入渠道、加速城镇化进程、提高农业产业化规模、实现相关产业联动发展等方面。文章认为,应进一步发挥政府在农村旅游经济发展中的引导作用、匹配旅游资源承载力的农村旅游经济发展模式,通过培育龙头企业促进农村旅游经济发展、配套农村旅游经济发展的多层次金融体系等方面,进一步促进新农村经济建设。

The paper takes the effect of the rural tourism on the rural economy as the research object. By analyzing the experience in the aspect of the development of the rural tourism from the country of Japan and USA, the paper presents that the effect of the rural tourism on the rural economy could be concluded as the optimization of the rural environment, enlargement of the rural income channel, acceleration of the urbanization, promotion of the industry scale and the achievement of the industry interaction. Finally, some countermeasures to promote the development of the rural economy construction from the perspective of the rural tourism are presented as the promotion of the government to play the guide function, matching the rural tourism development pattern with the rural tourism resources bearing capacity, cultivation of the leading enterprises and the construction of the multi-level financial system.
