我国新型城镇化发展模式研究

A Study on China's New Urbanization Model

城镇化是我国经济社会发展的必然趋势。然而,目前我国的城镇化发展模式存在一系列问题,致使城镇化水平较低、质量不高。文章在厘清新城镇化发展模式科学内涵的基础上,提出我国新型城镇化发展模式的目标和原则,并在此基础之上,结合我国城镇化发展的具体情况提出新的城镇化发展模式构建路径:推进农村人口城镇化、生态建设优先、强化产业支撑、优化城镇布局和形态以及统筹城乡发展等,以期对我国的城镇化发展提供借鉴。

Urbanization is an inevitable trend of China＇s economy development. However, at present, there are a number of problems existing in the model of urbanization, resulting in the low quality of our country＇s urbanization. This paper studies the real meaning of ＂new model of urbanization＂, puts forward the target and principles of new urbanization. Then, based on present urbanization model, this paper puts forward the tactics of building up a new model of urbanization： promote the urbanization of rural people, ecological construction, industrial supporting, urban layout optimization and coordinated development of urban and rural areas.
