摘要
参照《国家农作物种子检验规程》研究北细辛种子检验方法,并对不同来源的82份种子样品千粒重、含水量、净度、生活力、发芽率等质量指标进行测定,利用正态分布曲线法、平均值±标准差法制定北细辛种子质量分级标准。结果表明:2种分级方法种子质量分级指标相近,利用正态分布曲线法初步建立了北细辛种子质量分级标准:绝对千粒重不小于4.49 g、净度不小于99%、生活力不小于97%为Ⅰ级种,绝对千粒重不小于3.79 g、净度不小于93%、生活力不小于90%定为Ⅱ级种,绝对千粒重不小于3.33 g、净度不小于89%、生活力不小于85%定为Ⅲ级种,各级种子含水量均在52%~67%之间。
In this paper, we report our study of the Asarurnheterotropoides F. Schmidt var. mandshuricurn (Maxim.) Kitag. seed testing methods according to the National Agricultural Rules for Seed Testing, and the measurement of 82 copies of the seed quality attributesthat from different sources,includingthous and-grain weight, seed moisture, purity, seed viability and germination rate. Thereafter, we put forward theseed quality classification standard for Asarumheterotropoides var. rnandshuricurn using the normal distribution curve method and the(Mean value and standard deviation)method. The results show that the seed quality graded index are similar according to the above two classification methods, preliminary established the Asarurnheterotropoides var. rnandshuricurn seed quality classification standard by using the normal distribution curve method, the seed quality of each grade should be the following requirements for the first grade absolute, dry thousand-seed weight≥4.49 g,purity ≥99%, seed viability≥97%, seed moisture 52%--67%; for the second grade, absolute dry thousand- seed weight≥3.79 g,purity ≥93%, seed viability≥90%, seed moisture 52%-- 67% for the third grade, absolute dry thousand-seed weight≥3.33 g,purity ≥89%, seed viability≥85%, seed moisture 52% --67%.
