修补混凝土抗氯离子渗透性能试验研究

摘要 破损后修补混凝土的各项性能指标得到了广泛的关注。本研究结合维修加固工程,通过近似等体积自然断裂面交叉修补方法,对3种不同配比的混凝土试块分别进行低强度、等强度、高强度修补,并在此基础上对修补前后的混凝土试块进行标准氯离子渗透试验,研究不同差异修补和氯离子渗透系数的关系,探讨不同修补状态对修补混凝土氯离子渗透性能的影响。 Each performance index of the repairing concrete has been widely concerned. In the paper, based on the actual maintenance and reinforcement engineering, three different ratios of concrete specimens were repaired for low strength, equal strength and high strength by means of the cross patch methods which is approximate same volume and natural fracture sur- face. At the same time, the standard chloride ion penetration test (RCM methods) is carried out for the original concrete and repairing concrete specimens. The relationships between dif- ferent cross patches and Chloride ion diffusion coefficients are studied, further the influence of different repair status to the chloride ion permeability of repairing concrete are discussed.
