近视矫正手术患者术前焦虑、抑郁情绪的调查分析

Anxiety and depression characteristics of patients before myoporthosis operation

目的 探讨近视矫正手术患者术前焦虑、抑郁的特点。 方法 采用抑郁自评量表（self-rating depression scale,SDS）、状态-特质焦虑量表（state-trait anxiety inventory，STAI），对718名16～42岁的近视矫正手术患者术前进行测试，分析近视矫正手术患者术前情绪特点。 结果 ①近视矫正手术人群术前抑郁症状阳性检出率为39.69%，状态焦虑症状阳性检出率为48.89%，特质焦虑症状阳性检出率为59.47%，男性抑郁症状阳性检出率小于女性（P〈0.01）；②近视矫正手术人群术前SDS得分显著高于中国常模（P〈0.01）；STAI得分与常模差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）；③近视矫正手术男性患者术前SDS得分低于女性（P〈0.01）；STAI得分无明显性别差异（P〉0.05）；④近视矫正手术人群术前状态焦虑得分组间差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05），中、重度近视人群状态焦虑高于轻度近视人群（P〈0.05）。 结论 近视矫正手术患者术前焦虑、抑郁发生率高，抑郁、状态-特质焦虑呈现明显的性别、近视程度发展特征。

Objective To investigate the anxiety and depression characteristics of patients before myoporthosis operation. Methods A total of 718 patients （16-42 years old） were tested before myoporthosis operation using self-rating depression scale （SDS） and state-trait anxiety inventory （STAI） to analyze their emotional characteristics. Results The depression positive rate was 39.69%, state anxiety positive rate was 48.89%, and trait anxiety positive rate was 59.47% among the patients before myoporthosis operation. The depression positive rate of male patients was significantly lower than that of female patients （P〈0.01）. SDS scores of the patients before myoporthosis operation were significantly higher than those of Chinese norms （P〈0.01）. There was no significant difference in STAI scores between the patients and the norms （P〉0.05）. SDS scores of male patients before myoporthosis operation were significantly lower than those of female patients （P〈0.01）, but the STAI scores had no significant gender difference （P〉0.05）. The state anxiety scores of the patients before myoporthosis operation had significant difference （P〈0.05）, and the state anxiety scores of moderate and severe myopia were significantly higher than those of mild myopia （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The anxiety and depression incidences of the patients before myoporthosis operation are high. Depression and state/trait anxiety show significant gender and myopia degree development characteristics.
