碳化法是生产碳酸钡的主要工艺之一,其生产过程存在火灾、爆炸、中毒等安全隐患。运用风险评价指数法,对生产工艺系统进行安全风险分析,并提出相应的安全对策及预防措施,以提高企业安全生产管理水平,预防事故的发生。

The production course of barium carbonate with carbonation method was one of main processes,which had lots of potential safety hazard,such as fire,explosion,and poisoning etc..By the application of the method of risk assessment code（RAC）,the safety risks in the production process of barium carbonate were analyzed,and then measures were put forward to improve the level of enterprise′s safe administration and to prevent the occurrence of accidents.
