摘要
试验选取了不同掺量硅灰、减水剂、增稠剂,分别考察了其对半干水泥胶合剂工作性的影响规律。试验结果表明,水泥胶合剂流动度合格时,振动后浆体表面平整:硅灰掺量在1%-3%时,水泥胶合剂工作性适中,浆体扩展度为172~185mm:增稠剂掺量在0.17%~0.18%之间时,水泥胶合剂工作性适中,浆体扩展度为170~182mm;增稠剂掺量在0.18%~0.22%之间时,水泥胶合剂工作性适中,浆体扩展度为170~182mm。综合认为半干水泥胶合剂用于绝缘子胶装时,其扩展度需控制在170~185mm。
In order to study the workability of cement compo, silica fume superplasticizer and thickener with different dosages are selected and tested. The results show that the surface of cement compo is fiat when the workability is suitable; the workability of cement compo is suitable when the dosages of silica fume is 1%-3%, the slump flow is 172-185 mm; the workability of cement compo is suitable when the dosages of superplasticizer is 0.17%-0.18%, the slump flow is 170-182 mm; the workability of cement compo is suitable when the dosages of thickener is 0.18%-0.22%, the slump flow is 170-182 mm. So the slump flow of cement compo should be 170-185 mm when it is used for insulator.
