摘要
分析了棒形悬式复合绝缘子绝缘内部缺陷放电的故障形成机理及过程,依据发展不同时期的严重程度,提出相应的故障模拟方法。通过仿真计算绝缘子高压端及故障位置的电场畸变情况,验证故障模拟方法的可靠性。测量不同故障状态下棒形悬式复合绝缘子故障放电辐射的电磁波频谱,得出不同故障放电的幅频特性。同时通过紫外成像仪观察故障处的放电光子数,对比不同严重程度内部故障情况下的放电情况。试验结果证明,通过检测棒形悬式复合绝缘子加电压时缺陷处辐射电磁波的幅频特性,可以判断绝缘是否发生故障及故障的严重程度,为线路巡检故障棒形悬式复合绝缘子提供了新的方法。
The author analyses the mechanism and process of the internal discharge of composite rod insulators. Based on the severity of different types of failures, corresponding fault simulation methods are raised. By using Ansoft to calculate the electric field of the high voltage end and fault spot, reliability of the simulation methods is verified. By measuring electromagnetic spectrum of simulated faults, the amplitude-frequency characteristics are concluded. Meanwhile the ultraviolet imager is used to observe the number of photons as a comparison. By carrying out a series of experiment, it can be proved that through the detection of electromagnetic wave, different insulators can be distinguished. And this offers a new insulators. types of internal faults of composite rod idea for line inspection of composite rod
