摘要 探讨洗水工艺对牛仔织物性能的影响。采用退浆洗、轻酵洗、酵石洗方法对棉涤牛仔织物、棉弹力牛仔织物、棉涤粘弹力牛仔织物、棉涤弹力牛仔织物进行处理。结果表明:三种洗水工艺处理后所有试样的经、纬向断裂伸长率都得到提高;大部分牛仔织物经三种洗水处理后断裂强力会降低,其中纬向断裂强力的下降较经向明显;经纱采用竹节纱的试样在经过轻酵洗和酵石洗工艺处理后顶破强力下降较多。认为:纺织企业应根据用户对产品的要求,合理选择洗水工艺。 The influence of washing technology on jean fabric properties was discussed. The methods inclu- ding desizing wash,light enzyme wash and enzyme stone wash were adopted for the treatment of cotton polyester jean fabric, cotton elastic jean fabric, cotton polyester viscose elastic fabric and cotton polyester elastic jean fabric. The results show that the breaking elongation both warp and weft of samples after three kinds of washing tech- nology are all increased. The breaking strengths of most jean fabrics after three washing treatment were reduced while the decrease of breaking strength in weft is more obvious than that in warp. The busting strength of sam- ples with slubby yarn as warp after light enzyme wash and enzyme stone wash is decreased greatly. It is consid- ered that washing technology for textile enterprise should be reasonably selected based on the user requirement to products.
