№21C型络筒机及乌斯特专家系统的应用体会

摘要 总结№21C型络筒机和乌斯特专家系统的应用效果。对比了№21C型络筒机与1332M型络筒机的产能、用工和经济性;简要说明了№21C型络筒机使用中应该注意的问题;分析了№21C型络筒机的络筒质量;介绍了乌斯特专家系统在№21C型络筒机上的使用经验。实践表明:与1332M型络筒机相比,№21C型络筒机具有产能高、用工少、自动化程度高、质量好、经济性显著等优点;乌斯特专家系统用于自动络筒可实现对全部自动络筒机的质量控制、追踪和数据分析。认为:№21C型络筒机配套乌斯特自动络筒专家系统可有效提高产品质量和生产效率。 Application effect of NQ21C winding machine and Uster expert system were summarized. The ca- pacity,laBor using and economic of N021C winding machine and 1332M winding machine were compared. The problems needed to pay attention to were simply explained regarding to using No21C winding machine. Winding quality of N021C winding machine was analyzed. Usage experiences of Uster expert system in NQ21C winding ma chine were introduced. The practice shows that No21C winding machine has advantages including higher capacity, less labor using, higher automaticity, better quality and more obvious economy and so on when it is compared with 1332M winding machine. By adopting Uster expert system in automatic winding, quality control, trace and data analyses of all automatic winding machines can be achieved. It is considered that No2IC winding machine installed Uster expert system can effectively improve product quality and production efficiency.
