渴络欣胶囊对实验性脂肪肝小鼠和大鼠的治疗作用

摘要 目的探讨渴络欣胶囊(KLX)对实验性脂肪肝模型动物的治疗作用。方法制备小鼠急性酒精性脂肪肝模型,ig给予KLX(0.5、1.0、2.0 g·kg-1),连续10 d,检测血清中甘油三酯(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)和肝组织中谷胱甘肽(GSH)、丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)的含量,并观察组织病理学变化;建立大鼠非酒精性脂肪肝模型,ig给予KLX(0.35、0.7、1.4 g·kg-1),连续28d,测定血清中低密度脂蛋白(LDL)、高密度脂蛋白(HDL)、TC及肝组织中GSH、ALT的含量,并观察组织病理学变化。结果KLX可降低小鼠血清中TG、TC及大鼠血清中LDL、TC的水平,提高肝组织中GSH的含量和降低ALT的活性,修复肝组织的病理损伤。结论 KLX对酒精性和非酒精性脂肪肝模型动物均具治疗作用。 OBJECTIVE To study the effects of Keluoxin capsule (KLX) on experimental fatty liver models. METHODS Alcoholic fatty liver mice were established. After ig KLX (0.5,1.0,2.0 g· kg-1 ) for 10 days, the level of triglycerides (TG), total cholesterol(TC) in the serum and the level of glutathione( GSH), alanine aminotransferase(ALT) in the hepatic and histopathological changes were determined. Meanwhile, nonalcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD) rats were established, and KLX (0.5,1.0,2.0 g· kg- 1 )was administrated by garage. After dosed for 28 days, level of LDL, HDL, TC in the serum, level of GSH, ALT in the hepatic and histopathological changes were investigated. RESULTS KLX could significantly decrease the level of TG, TC, LDL in the serum, and ALT level in the hepatic and histopathological damage, while increase the GSH level in the hepatic. CONCLUSION KLX has the protective effects against alcoholic fatty liver or NAFLD.
