鸵鸟油对大鼠深Ⅱ度烫伤创面修复的促进作用

摘要 目的研究鸵鸟油对深Ⅱ度皮肤烫伤大鼠创面修复的促进作用。方法制备大鼠烫伤模型,于大鼠局部涂搽药物,观察各组大鼠皮肤烫伤创面的修复情况,并取创面皮肤进行病理学检查。结果鸵鸟油对皮肤烫伤创面的修复有明显促进作用,修复率为83.9%;病理学检查发现鸵鸟油组大鼠的皮肤烫伤创面的形态、功能基本恢复,皮下组织恢复良好。结论鸵鸟油对大鼠深Ⅱ度皮肤烫伤创面的修复具明显促进作用。 OBJECTIVE To study the efficacy of ostrich oil on the partical - thickness heated injury on rats. METHODS Rats model of scald was established, and partial administration was applied, then their injury healing status were observed and the scald skin for pathological examination was performed. RESULTS Ostrich oil could significantly promote the repairing of scald skin with a rate of 83.9%. And the pathological examination revealed that the scald skin of ostrich oil group restored basic form and function with a good recovery in subcutaneous tissue. CONCLUSION Ostrich oil can significantly promote the repairing of partical - thickness heated injury on rats.
