图书馆融入互联网生态环境是大势所趋,利用互联网思维解决问题至关重要。互联网思维的核心是用户思维,推动用户参与是其中重要一环。图书馆推动用户参与能实践用户至上理念、能汇聚集体智慧、能增强用户体验,互联网思维下图书馆用户拥有服务的驱动者、决策者、定制者、提供者、宣传者等多重参与角色,图书馆要颠覆馆员主导思维、增强交流参与渠道、激发用户参与动力、开展主题体验活动并争取合作商家支持,以确保用户参与的顺利进行。
