摘要
文章梳理了O2O模式的特点及其在图书馆服务中的应用现状,从潜在用户、图书馆的服务体验以及服务营销等角度分析O2O模式在图书馆的应用价值。通过分析指出O2O服务模式在图书馆面临的信息缺乏统一、业务流程不畅以及线上体验单一等问题,并针对存在的问题从构建协同平台,实现网上预约;利用系统优势,精准服务内容以及创新线上功能,完善线下服务等方面提出解决策略。
This paper introduces the features of O2O service mode and the status of its application in library. Then it analyses the application value in library from aspects of potential customers, service experience and service marketing. From analysis, this paper points out the problems such as information disunity, process obstruction, mono onqine experience and so on, and diseusses the suggestions on library renovation based on O2O service mode. The mentioned suggestions include setting up collaboration platform, providing on-line booking, making full use of system merits, presenting accurate content, and improving off-line service.
