早期认知康复训练对脑卒中患者认知功能、运动功能和日常生活活动能力的影响 被引量:79

摘要 目前,脑卒中已成为成年人致残的首要原因,约70%脑卒中后存活者会遗留各种感觉、运动、言语、认知、心理等一方面或多方面的功能障碍。其中,关于运动功能障碍已经有了比较系统的认识,但对患者的认知功能障碍却得不到足够重视;据报道,高达64%的脑卒中患者有某种程度的认知损害,并且其中1/3的人会发生痴呆,严重影响了患者运动功能、言语、日常生活活动能力的恢复[1],影响整体康复治疗的疗效,其对功能独立性的影响甚至超过运动功能障碍。
