数字出版时代电子化校对模式探讨

Electronic proofreading modes in the digital publishing era

[目的]探讨利用PC结合手写板、平板电脑、电纸书进行电子化、无纸化校对的方法。[方法]以PC结合汉王手写板、联想S5000平板电脑、ONYX BOOX M96电纸书为例,利用PC版Adobe Reader和Adobe Acrobat以及Adobe Reader for Android、智器阅读等移动版PDF阅读器作为校对软件,直接在PDF电子校样上绘制线条、书写文字进行校对。[结果]采用PC、平板电脑、电纸书等电子终端可以对PDF电子校样如同对纸质稿一样直接手写(绘)文字、线条进行直观、便捷的校对。[结论]利用电子终端可以替代或者部分替代纸质稿进行电子化校对,具有节约环保、省时便捷的优点,符合数字出版的发展趋势。

[Purposes] The goal of this paper is to explore the methods of digital and paperless proofreading with PC combined with a written board, tablet PC and e-ink book. [ Methods] Taking PC combined with Hanwang challenger written board, lenovo S5000 tablet PC and ONYX BOOX M96 e-ink Book as examples, using Adobe Reader, Adobe Acrobat of PC version and Adobe Reader for Andriod, Smartdevice PDF Reader of mobile version as proofreading softwares to proofread by drawing lines and inputting characters directly on PDF proofs. [Findings] PDF electronic proofs can be annotated intuitively and conveniently by handwriting texts and lines as paper proofs using electronic terminals such as PC, tablet PC and e-ink book.[ Conclusions] Electronic terminals can be used in electronic proofreading, replacing or partly replacing paper proofs, possessing the advantages of economization and environmental protection and conforming to the trend of the development of digital publishing.
