人文精神的缺失是知识产权教育面临的重要问题。产生这种现象的原因有中华传统文化未能有效介入制度构建,知识产权制度的技术性掩盖其应当具有的伦理价值,知识产权职业共同体尚未形成等因素。应当重视人文精神培养在知识产权教育中的核心作用,通过人文精神提升思想境界和培育职业道德等方式,加强其作用。有必要通过知识产权教育弘扬人性,培养尊重创新精神和人格尊严的思想观念,实现知识产权教育和知识产权职业的共同发展。

An important problem in front of intellectual property education is the lack of humanistic spirit. The reasons of this phenomenon can be analyzed as follows ： the Chinese traditional culture hasn＇ t stepped in the construction of the system effective- ly, the character of technicality covered ethical value that the intellectual property should have, and the professional community has not formed yet, and so on. We should pay more attention to the humanities spirit, which is the core of the intellectual proper- ty education. Also, we should risen ideological realm and foster professional ethics by humanities spirit to enhance its effect. It＇ s extremely essential to propagate humanity, respect the spirit of innovation and the dignity of the ideological sense, and achieve common development of education and procession by intellectual property education.
