摘要
目的分析并借鉴美国临床药学的质量评价体系。方法回顾性分析1950年至2013年美国临床药学论文分析美国临床药学评价体系的构成,与我院已建立的临床药学体系进行比较。结果美国的医院临床药学评价体系分为制度评价、流程评价和成果评价三个部分,每个部分都可以通过一定指标、量表等进行评估。我院的临床药学正在建设和发展中,各项工作已陆续开展。目前与美国一流临床药学部门相比主要的差距在临床药师的数量和量化评价临床药学服务,随着社会经济的发展,临床药学建设将逐步完善。结论美国临床药学的评价体系的构成对于我国医院临床药学建设具有重要的借鉴意义。
Objective To analyze and learn form the quality evaluation system of clinical pharmacy in United States. Methods We reviewed10878 papers about American clinical pharmacy which are published between 1950 and 2013,analyzed the development of American clinical pharmacy and the constitution of the current mature evaluation system,and compared it with the clinical pharmacy system established in our hospital. Results Clinical pharmacy in our hospital is under construction and development,work of every aspect is carried out in succession,and as the development of the society and economy,our clinical pharmacy system is gradually improved. Conclusion Comparing the evaluation system between United States and Chinese hospitals has a important reference meaning to the clinical pharmacy construction in our country.
