摘要
为改善蚕丝织物的抗皱性能和避免织物中残留甲醛,采用自制含双二氯均三嗪基的无甲醛类新型抗皱整理剂BTP400浸渍整理蚕丝织物,并考察工艺因素对BTP400在蚕丝织物上的固着率的影响以及BTP400固着率与织物抗皱性能的关系。当BTP400用量为10 g/L时,蚕丝织物的折皱回复角随BTP400固着率的增加而增大,在此基础上优化工艺条件为:碳酸氢钠用量10 g/L,整理温度50℃,整理时间50 min。上述工艺条件下用BTP400整理后蚕丝织物的抗皱耐洗性良好,其干态折皱回复角提高32.5%,湿态折皱回复角提高12.3%,且强力和白度与原织物相差不大,仅染色性能略有降低。能谱分析BTP400与蚕丝织物的丝蛋白分子发生化学反应形成共价键。试验结果提示BTP400有望作为环境友好型抗皱剂应用于蚕丝织物的整理。
For the sake of improving anti-crease performance and avoiding formaldehyde residue on silk fabric, a novel self-made formaldehyde-free anti-wrinkling agent BTP400 with dual-dichloro-s-triazine group was used in anti-wrinkle fin- ishing of silk fabric. The effects of technological factors on fixing rate of silk fabric finished with BTP400 as well as the rela- tionship between fixing rate and crease resistance were studied. When the dosage of BTP400 was 10 g/L, the wrinkle re- covery angle of silk fabric increased with the fixing rate of BTP400. Based on the result, the technological conditions were optimized as: the dosage of sodium bicarbonate was 10 g/L, the finishing temperature was 50℃ and the finishing time was 50 min. Under this condition, the silk fabric after finishing with BTP400 had high washing durability. Compared with original silk fabric, the dry and wet wrinkle recovery angle of finished silk fabric was increased by 32.5% and 12.3% respectively. There was no significant difference in strength and whiteness between finished and original silk fabric, only the dyeing property of finished silk fabric was reduced slightly. Energy dispersive spectrometer demonstrated that BTP400 was covalently bonded with silk protein through chemical reaction. The adove results showed that BTP4000 could be an environment-friendly anti-wrikling agent to be applied in anti-wrinkle fininshing of silk fabric.
