摘要
近年来,工作场所学习作为一种重要的学习方式正逐步成为人们关注的焦点。从作为一种学习环境、一种实践学习场所和一种非正式学习场所的角度来说,工作场所学习都具有很大的意义,但由于工作场所存在绩效驱动、专家缺位、马太效应等现象,工作场所作为一种学习环境也存在弊端。为有效发挥其优势,避免其弊端,在职业教育教学中要促进教学场所与工作场所的融合,加强师生关系与师徒关系的互动。
The workplace learning as an important learning style is gradually becoming the focus of attention in recent years. Workplace learning, as an learning environment, a practical learning place and an informal learning place, is very important. However, because of performance driving, absence of experts and Matthew effect existing in workplace, there are disadvantages in workplace learning as a learning environment. To give effect play to its advantages and avoid its disadvantages, it is necessary to promote the integration between teaching place and workplace, and strengthen the interaction between teacher-student relation and master-apprentice relation.
