对我国职业教育教师标准开发的思考

Reflection on the Development of Vocational Education Teachers' Standards in China

职业教育教师标准对于提升职教教师的专业化水平和促进职业教育质量的提高具有重要意义。我国职教教师标准在通用标准制定方面已经具有一定的基础,但在标准的类别、层面、结构和内容上还有待继续研究。借鉴国外的先进经验,我国未来要积极建立职教教师标准体系,完善职教教师通用标准并制定职教教师的专业特殊要求。

The standards of vocational education teachers are of great significance to improve vocational education teachers＇ professional level and the quality of vocational education. The standards of vocational education teachers in China already have certain foundation in general standards, but remain to continue to be studied in their standard categories, levels, structures and contents. By drawing lessons from foreign advanced experience, the standards need to be further researched and developed in the following aspects： set up the standard system for vocational education teachers; improve the general standard for vocational education teachers; develop the special specialty requirements for vocational education teachers.
