比较两种黄体支持方案对冷冻胚胎移植周期妊娠结局的影响 被引量:7

摘要 目的比较黄体酮阴道缓释凝胶(雪诺酮)和肌注黄体酮两种黄体支持方案对卵裂期冻融胚胎移植周期妊娠结局的影响。方法将2012年1月-2013年12月在该院接受卵裂期冷冻胚胎移植(FET)的376例患者按黄体支持方案分为两组:黄体酮阴道缓释凝胶-雪诺酮8%(90 mg/d)为A组(124例),肌注黄体酮(60 mg/d)为B组(252例),回顾性分析种植率及妊娠率等治疗结局的差异。结果两组患者的年龄、BMI及移植胚胎数均差异无统计学意义(均P>0.05)。两组间种植率、妊娠率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。流产率、继续妊娠率差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)与肌注黄体酮组相比,雪诺酮组的流产率显著降低,而继续妊娠率显著增加。结论在卵裂期冻融胚胎移植周期中,雪诺酮凝胶进行黄体支持可获得与肌注黄体酮相似的种植率及妊娠率,减少早期流产的发生。
