摘要
根据汽车风箱的结构特点设计了一副热流道、复合抽芯、延时抽芯以及带嵌件的注塑模具,重点分析了模具的成型零件、侧向抽芯机构、浇注系统、温度控制系统、脱模系统和导向定位系统设计要点。模具结构先进合理,取得了满意的成型效果。
According to the structure characteristics of car's airtank-right, a pair of injection mold with hot runner, composite core-pulling, time-lapse core-pulling and insert was designed. The analysis focused on the forming parts, side core-pulling mechanism, gating system, cooling system, release system and orientation system. The results show that the mold structure is advanced and reasonable, and has obtained the satisfactory result of molding.
