摘要
为加强砂锡的尾矿综合利用,根据期六寨砂锡尾矿的开采技术条件,选用露天开采方法进行尾矿回采;对开采中暴露且容易坍塌难以形成台阶的坡面,采取开挖工作面晾晒一周交替回采;对采运设备陷入尾矿问题,采用垫块石或铺设聚乙烯板材措施。选用“旋流器分级预先抛尾、粗砂磁重选别、矿泥重选”流程进行尾矿选别。入选中因含泥高(占50%),颗粒太细(0.04mm),导致过早沉降难以形成适宜的矿浆浓度,而致沟、管堵塞问题,采取加兑20%~25%的砂锡原矿或脉锡氧化矿获得成功,最终产出合格产品一锡富中矿(锡品位4.85%~5.29%,回收率41.49%~42.19%)。

Due to the selected tailings contained too much mineral mud lead to premature settlement is difficult to form a suitable pulp density, blockaged tube and ditch. Get success by taking 20 to 25 percent into the sand tin oxide ore, tin ore or veins to be successful, the final output of qualified products - middling product tin.
