摘要
永磁筒式磁选机的磁系结构参数、磁块形状和尺寸千差万别,所形成的磁场也有很大的区别。运用ANSYS对其磁系优化研究,分析其永磁体排布的变化所产生的磁场强度、磁场梯度的不同特点。从而得到结论:主磁极的宽度对圆周方向的磁场梯度没有直接影响,垂直方向的磁场梯度随着主磁极宽度的减小而变大;宽度不一致的主磁极间歇放置可提高磁场强度与磁场梯度,且可增加磁翻滚次数;添加辅助磁极提高了磁场较高区域的作用空间,同时提高圆周方向的磁场梯度。
The magnetic system structure parameters of permanent Magnetic Drum Separator, shape and size of the magnetic block is differ in thousands of ways, also have different effects on the mineral separat-ion influence. Optimized research the magnetic system structure of drum magnet separator using on ANS-YS,analyzing the changes in the permanent magnet arrangement lead to the different characteristics of the magnetic field strength, magnetic field gradient change of its permanent magnet arrangement. The conclusion= there is no direct impact on the width of the main magnetic pole in the circumferential direction of the magnetic field gradient, the magnetic field gradient in the vertical direction with the decrease of the wi- dth of the main magnetic pole becomes large; inconsistent width of the main magnetic pole disposed in- termittently can improve the strength of the magnetic field and the magnetic field gradient, and increase t-he frequency and the magnetic roll;add auxiliary magnetic pole increases the effect of the higher magn-etic field region of space, while increasing the magnetic field gradient in the circumferential direction.
