摘要
国外某铁矿富含金和钴,主要有价矿物为磁铁矿,其次是自然金和钴矿,根据矿石性质,综合对比了"磁-浮"与"磁-重"两种流程,最终,采用"磁-重"联合流程,在原矿含铁49.89%,含钴0.047%,含金0.82g/t的情况下,获得产率69.98%,铁品位67.63%,回收率93.81%的铁精矿;产率0.25%,钴品位10.22%,回收率56.51%,金品位197.57g/t,回收率57.21%的含金钴精矿。
A iron-cobalt-gold mine abroad contains magnetite, natural gold and cobalt minerals, according to the ore properties, comprehensive compared magnetic and gravity separation combined & magnetic and flotation separation combined, at last, flotation and gravity separation combined process to deal with the raw ore which the grade of Fe,Co and Au are 49.89% ,0. 047% and 0.82g/t. As result,we obtain iron concentrate with yield is 69.98 %, Fe grade is 67.63 %, recovery is 93. 81%. Gold cobalt concentrate with yield is 0.25% ,Co and Au grade are 10.22% and 197.57g/t,recovery are 56.51% and 57.21%.
