纳米颗粒经肺转移途径的研究进展

摘要 纳米材料特有的小尺寸、大表面、高活性和宏观量子隧道效应,使得纳米材料在生物医学、工农业生产、食品、化妆品等领域具有广泛的应用潜力[1-2],导致人们在生产与生活中接触到纳米材料(粒径小于100 nm的颗粒)的机会越来越多,各种用途的纳米材料通过呼吸道、胃肠道、皮肤和人为注入等不同的方式进入人体,给机体健康带来潜在危害[3]。近年来的研究结果表明,当颗粒化学成分不变,尺度从微米级过渡到纳米级时,颗粒对实验动物和培养细胞的毒性往往变大[4],因此纳米技术的生物安全性问题受到越来越多的关注[5-7]。
