生化汤辅助治疗早期妊娠流产的临床观察

Clinical Observation of Adjunctive Treatment of Shenghua Decoction for Abortion in the Early Pregnancy

目的:观察生化汤辅助治疗早期妊娠流产的疗效及安全性。方法:228例早期妊娠流产患者按随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各114例。对照组患者服用米非司酮25 mg,bid,并于第4天加服米索前列醇600μg,qd,共治疗4 d;观察组患者在对照组基础上于第4天口服米索前列醇后2 h加服生化汤1次,然后bid,连续服用7 d。观察两组患者流产率、出血时间、出血量、流产后正常活动时间及不良反应发生率。结果:观察组患者流产率为96.5%,高于对照组的85.1%,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者的出血量、出血时间、正常活动时间均显著低于或短于对照组,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者不良反应发生率显著低于对照组,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:生化汤辅助治疗早期妊娠流产疗效较好,且不良反应发生率低。

OBJECTIVE：To observe therapeutic efficacy of adjunctive treatment of Shenghua decoction for abortion in the early pregnancy. METHODS：228 patients with abortion in the early pregnancy collected from our hospital were randomly divided into control group and observation group with 114 cases in each group. Control group was given mifepristone 25 mg,bid,and additional misoprostol 600 μg on the forth day,qd,for 4 days. Observation group was additionally given misoprostol orally on the forth day,2 h later,Shenghua decoction,bid,for consecutive 7 days. The rate of abortion,bleeding time,amount of bleeding,normal activity time after abortion,and the incidence of ADR were observed in 2 groups. RESULTS：The rate of abortion in observation group was 96.5%,which was higher than that of control group（85.1%）,with statistical significance（P〈0.05）. The bleeding time,amount of bleeding and normal activity time of observation group were significantly lower or shorter then those of control group,with statistical significance（P〈0.05）. The incidence of ADR in observation group was significantly lower than control group,with statistical significance（P〈0.05）. CONCLUSIONS：The adjunctive treatment of Shenghua decoction have good effect on abortion in the early pregnancy with less ADR.
