摘要 钠离子磁共振成像(^(23)Na-MRI)可无创检测生物组织中钠离子的浓度及其分布情况,从而为临床提供直接、定量的生物化学信息,以判断组织的生存能力、细胞的完整性及其功能,有助于疾病的诊断、疗效评估及预后。本文主要对^(23)Na-MRI在肿瘤研究中的应用进行综述。 Sodium MRI (^23Na-MRI) can provide some direct and quantitative biochemical informations of tissue viability, cell integrity and function by detecting sodium ion concentration and its distribution in biological tissues noninvasively. It is not only helpful to diagnose, but also helpful to evaluate the treatment outcomes and prognosis. Applications of 2aNa-MRI in tumor research were reviewed in this article.
