摘要
目的探讨精子相关抗原9(SPAG9)在人前列腺癌中的表达及临床意义。方法应用免疫组织化学技术检测60例前列腺癌和30例前列腺增生症组织中SPAG9的表达,并分析与特异性核基质结合区结合蛋白1(SATB1)基因、临床分期、Gleason评分、前列腺特异抗原(PSA)水平及年龄之间的相关性。结果SPAG9在前列腺癌组织中的阳性率为81.67%(49/60),而在前列腺增生组织中的阳性率为6.67%(2/30),差异有统计学意义(P〈0.01);SPAG9在前列腺癌组织中的表达强度与SATBl表达水平、临床分期和Gleason评分呈正相关(P〈0.05),且与转移的前列腺癌组织中呈正相关(P〈0.01),而与PSA水平和年龄无明显相关(P〉0.05)。结论SPAG9可能参与人前列腺癌的发生、转移。
Objective To investigate the expression and clinical significance of sperm - associated antigen 9 (SPAG9). Methods The immunohistochermical analysis was used to detect the expression of SPAG9 in 60 specimens of prostatic carcinoma (PCa) and 30 specimens of benign prostate hyperplasia ( BPH), and statistical analyses were used to evaluate the relationship between SPAG9 and special AT rich sequence binding protein - 1 ( SATB1 ), clinical stages, Gleason score, prostate specific antigen (PSA) and ages. Results The positive expression rate of SPAG9 in PCa and BPH tissues was 81.67% (49/60) and 6. 67% (2/30) respectively (P 〈 0. 01 ). The expression intensity of SPAG9 had a positive correlation with SATB1, clinical stages and Gleason score. SPAG9 was strongly correlated with SATB1, clinical stages and Gleason score in metastatic PCa tissues (P 〈0. 01 ). However, SPAG9 was not correlated with PSA and ages. Conclusion SPAG9 may be involved in occurrence and metastasis of prostate cancer, and may be a potential target for prostate carcinoma treatment.
