椎板间入路Maxmore脊柱内镜治疗腰椎间盘突出症 被引量:2

摘要 腰椎间盘突出症(LIDH)是临床常见病,严重影响患者生活及工作能力,甚至导致大小便功能障碍。传统手术治疗方法具有确切治疗效果,但存在着创伤大、恢复慢等缺点。随着内镜发展,特别是在Hoogland等的推动下,脊柱内镜治疗LIDH已逐渐成为主流。我科于2012年3月至2014年3月,采用椎板间入路Maxmore脊柱内镜治疗LIDH36例,取得满意疗效。
