椎板间入路Maxmore脊柱内镜治疗腰椎间盘突出症 被引量：2

摘要 腰椎间盘突出症（LIDH）是临床常见病，严重影响患者生活及工作能力，甚至导致大小便功能障碍。传统手术治疗方法具有确切治疗效果，但存在着创伤大、恢复慢等缺点。随着内镜发展，特别是在Hoogland等的推动下，脊柱内镜治疗LIDH已逐渐成为主流。我科于2012年3月至2014年3月，采用椎板间入路Maxmore脊柱内镜治疗LIDH36例，取得满意疗效。
