摘要
为限制系统短路电流水平保障电网的稳定运行,文中研制了一种超大容量的限流电抗器产品。设计通过采用优质导线、新型绕制方法提高了产品的整体耐流能力;计算产品周边的磁场分布情况,优化了产品及其金属支撑辅件的结构,避免其过热问题的发生;通过对外绝缘以及防电晕结构的设计保证了产品的安全性能,并对产品的动热稳定性能进行了设计核算。最后通过多项试验对电抗器的各项性能指标进行验证,试验结果表明电抗器产品各项指标满足国标以及招标文件的要求。
To limit the short-circuit-current level and security system stable operation, the paper developed an ultrahigh capacity current-limiting reactor. The design improves the current carrying capacity of product by using high-quality wire and a new method winding way; To avoid overheating problems occur, optimize the structure of metal supporting annexes by computing the magnetic field around products. External insulation and corona structure is designed to ensure the safety of products, and the power and thermal stability is also calculated. Finally, the performance indicator of reactor is verified by a number of tests,test results show that the product meets the requirements of national standard and the tender documents.
