摘要
以江苏建筑职业技术学院为例,对高职院校教师工作满意度进行调查,探讨影响教师工作满意度的维度;通过描述统计、独立样本T检验、单因素方差分析等统计分析方法,探讨教师整体工作满意度状况及各维度的满意度状况,以及人口统计因素对教师整体工作满意度及各维度满意度影响。据此诊断学校管理中存在的主要问题并提出相应的改进措施与建议。
Abstract: Taking Jiangsu Institute of Architectural Technology as an example, the job satisfaction of teachers in higher vocational colleges is investigated., and to explore the dimensions of job satisfaction.The descriptive statistics, independent sampling T-test, single factor analysis of variance were applied to the real test, through which the thesis probes into teachers' overall satisfaction, satisfaction every dimension, as well as the effects of demographic variables on overall satisfaction, satisfaction of every dimension respectively. Diagonsing the main problems of school management and puting forward the corresponding improvement measures and suggestions.
