摘要
目的:探讨肾上腺血管淋巴管瘤的临床特点、诊断、鉴别诊断及治疗、预后。方法:对我科收治的1例肾上腺血管淋巴管瘤患者的临床资料观察分析并复习相关文献,进行总结。结果:患者行后腹腔镜下左肾上腺肿瘤切除术,手术顺利,术后恢复良好。结论:肾上腺血管淋巴管瘤是一类十分罕见的肾上腺良性肿瘤,患者多无特殊临床表现。肾上腺区CT增强扫描对术前诊断有很大帮助,确诊有赖于术后病理学检查。治疗上采取手术切除为主。
Objective： To investigate clinical features, diagnosis, antidiastole, treatment and prognosis of adrenal hemangiolymphangioma. Method： Data of one case of adrenal hemangiolymphangioma was analyzed by reviewing literature and then summarized. Result： The patient received retroperitoneal laparoscopic adrena[ectomy, and the operation was performed successfully. The recovery of the patient was satisfactory. Conclusion： Adrenal hemangiolymphangioma is a rare benign tumor. Most patients have no special clinical manifestation. Preoperative diagnosis mainly depends on enhanced CT scanning, and the confirmed diagnosis relies on pathological examinations. Surgery is the main therapeutic method.
