CO_2气膀胱压力对经尿道膀胱肿瘤电切术疗效的影响 被引量:1

摘要 非肌层侵润性膀胱肿瘤一般都是采用经尿道膀胱肿瘤电切术(TURBT)治疗;但电切时出血影响手术视野及手术操作,目前临床上尚无特殊有效的解决办法。我院采用以CO2为介质实施TURBT,探讨不同膀胱CO2压力状态对TURBT手术效果的影响。资料与方法1.一般资料膀胱肿瘤患者25例,男16例,女9例,年龄43-78岁。
