结直肠肿瘤初期开展腹腔镜辅助切除术的效果

Efficacy of laparoscopic-assisted resection on early colorectal cancer patients

目的 探讨结直肠肿瘤初期开展腹腔镜辅助切除手术的临床效果.方法 选取2013年5月至2014年5月结直肠肿瘤患者60例,随机分为两组,每组30例,观察组行初期腹腔镜辅助手术,对照组行常规开腹术,比较两组疗效.结果 两组手术均成功实施,观察组术中出血量、术后肠道功能恢复时间、住院时间均少于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.观察组无并发症发生,对照组肠梗阻1例,尿潴留1例,盆腔复发1例,感染4例.结论 在结直肠肿瘤采用腹腔镜辅助切除开展初期,术者需掌握腹腔镜操作技术,对难度较小的病例选取此项手术,对关键部位操作环境提高重视度,可确保此项手术的安全性,且具创伤小、并发症少、术后康复快的优点.

Objective To investigate the efficacy of laparoscopic-assisted resection on early colorectal cancer patients.Methods From May 2013 to May 2014, 60 patients with colorectal cancer were selected, and they were randomly divided into two groups ,with 30 cases in each group.The observation group was given early lapatoscopic-ussisted resection, while the control group was given conventional open surgery, the efficacy of two groups was compared.Results Two groups operations were successfully implemented, blood loss, postoperative bowel function recovery time, hospital stay in the observation group was less than the control group, the differences were significant（P 〈0.05）.There were no complications in the control group, in the observation group： one case of intestinal obstruction, one case of urinary retention, one case of pelvic recurrence, 4 cases of infection.Conclusions In initial stage of laparoscopic-assisted resection for colorectal cancer, patients need to master the laparoscopic technique, less difficult cases for selection, key parts of the operating environment to improve the degree of attention to ensure the safety of this procedure, and it has advantages such as little trauma, less complications, quick recovery.
