鼻内窥镜下手术治疗鼻腔鼻窦内翻性乳头状瘤的临床观察

Clinical observation of nasal endoscopic surgery in therapy for nasal sinus inverted papilloma

目的 探讨鼻内窥镜下手术在鼻腔鼻窦内翻性乳头状瘤的临床治疗效果.方法 对南石医院收治的80例鼻腔鼻窦内翻性乳头状瘤患者的临床资料进行分析,根据不同治疗方案将患者分为对照组和实验组,对照组采用鼻侧切开术和柯-陆术式治疗,实验组采用鼻内窥镜下手术治疗,比较两组疗效.结果 实验组95％对治疗方案疗效显著,明显优于对照组（85％,P＜0.05）;实验组95％对方案疗效满意,显著高于对照组（65％,P＜0.05）;实验组手术时间为（24.5 ±5.2）min、术中出血量为（62.5±15.5）ml、住院时间为（5.5±1.5）d,显著低于对照组（P＜0.05）;实验组治疗后复发率为7.5％,显著低于对照组（17.5％,P＜0.05）.结论 鼻腔鼻窦内翻性乳头状瘤患者采用鼻内窥镜下手术治疗效果理想,值得推广使用.

Objective To investigate the clinical effects of nasal endoscopic surgery on nasal sinus inverted papilloma.Methods Eighty patients with nasal sinus inverted papilloma in south stone hospital were analyzed, according to the different treatment regimens, they were divided into the control group and the experiment group, the control group received nasal incision and Caldwell-Luc surgical treatment, and the experiment group were treated by surgery under nasal endoscopy, the effects of the two groups were compared.Results The efficacy rate of experimental group was 95%, which was significantly higher than that in the control group （85%, P 〈 0.05）.The satisfaction rate of the experimental group was 95%, which was significantly higher than that in the control group （65% ,P 〈0.05）.The operative time was （24.5 ±5.2） min, blood loss was （62.5 ± 15.5）ml, length of hospital stay was （5.5 ± 1.5） days in experimental group, they were significantly lower than those in the control group （P 〈 0.05）.The recurrence rate after treatment in experiment group was 7.5%, which was significantly lower than that in the control group （17.5%, P 〈 0.05）.Conclusions The clinical effects of nasal endoscopic surgery on nasal sinus inverted papilloma is good, it should be introduced.
