摘要 目的 探究核磁MRI在乳腺良恶性肿瘤诊断工作中的应用意义.方法 回顾性分析安阳市肿瘤医院2012年9月至2014年9月收治的经活检组织病理学检查确诊的56例乳腺病变患者的临床资料,均接受磁共振成像(MRI)、X线钼靶摄影(MMG)、超声(US)检查,行表面扩散系数(ADC)值测定,对比三种检查方式诊断乳腺良恶性肿瘤的准确率.结果 MRI对乳腺良性肿瘤的诊断准确率为83.33%,明显高于MMG(33.33%)及US(50.00%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 核磁MRI在乳腺良恶性肿瘤诊断工作中具有十分重要的应用意义,临床上应引起足够重视. Objective To investigate the applied significance of nuclear MRI in the diagnosis of benign and malignant breast tumors.Methods The clinical data of 56 patients with breast lesions from September 2012 to September 2014 were retrospectively analyzed, they were all measured by magnetic resonance imaging(MRI) , X-ray mammography photography (MMG) , ultrasonic (US) check, line surface diffusion coefficient (ADC) values, and then the accuracy of the three kinds of inspection methods in diagnosis of benign and malignant breast tumors were compared.Results The diagnostic accuracy of MRI in breast benign tumor was 83.33%, the diagnostic accuracy of MMG in breast benign tumor was 33.33% , the diagnostic accuracy of US in breast benign tumor was 50.00% , the former was significantly higher than the latters, the differences were significant (P 〈 0.05).Conclusions There is very important significance that nuclear MRI applied into the diagnosis of benign and malignant breast tumors, we should pay much attention to it in clinics.
