摘要
目的 研究脑血管病患者精神障碍的临床特点,找到该类精神障碍的治疗方案,为临床预防脑血管病患者出现精神障碍,并提高临床治疗效果提供依据.方法 对所选取的患者临床病例进行回顾性分析,查阅有关资料和患者临床资料,咨询当时主治医生及护理人员,统计并分析患者的精神障碍情况、对其实施的治疗方案以及治疗效果等.结果 50例患者中,神经症样综合征发生20例,占全部患者的40.0％,其次是智能障碍11例;经过一段时间的治疗,临床治疗中有效率100.0％,痊愈率96.0％.结论 对于患有脑血管病引发精神障碍的患者,在治疗脑血管病的同时要加强对其精神障碍的治疗,把握最佳治疗时间,对症下药,可有效提高患者的治疗效果.
Objective To investigate the clinical features of mental disorders in patients with cerebral vascular disease and find corresponding treatment for clinical prevention and improve clinical outcomes.Methods Retrospectively analyzed the clinical cases and got access to relevant information and clinical data of patients, counseled doctors and nurses and analyzed the patients＇ mental disorders, treatment programs and the implementation of its therapeutic effects and so on.Results Up to 20 cases of neurosis-like syndrome occurred in 50 patients, accounting for 40.0%, followed by 11 cases of mental retardation;after a period of treatment, the clinical treatment efficiency was 100.0%, the cure rate was 96.0%.Conclusions For patients suffering from mental disorders caused by cerebrovascular disease, at the same time of the treatment of cerebrovascular disease, simultaneously strengthening its treatment of mental disorders, grasp the best treatment time, the right remedy, can effectively improve patient outcomes.
