丁苯酞治疗血管性痴呆临床疗效观察

Clinical efficacy of butylphthalide on vascular dementia

目的 探讨丁苯酞对于血管性痴呆的临床治疗价值.方法 随机选取晋中市第一人民医院2011年7月至2014年2月收治的血管性痴呆患者60例,按照治疗方法的不同将其随机平均分配为实验组和对照组,其中对照组患者采用甲磺酸双氢麦角碱片进行治疗,实验组患者采用丁苯酞软胶囊进行治疗,对两组患者的临床治疗效果进行回顾性分析.结果 实验组患者临床治疗有效率以及治疗前后相关临床评估指标的改善程度明显优于对照组患者,差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.结论 采用丁苯酞对血管性痴呆患者进行治疗,疗效显著,安全可靠,建议在临床上进一步推广.

Objective To investigate the clinical value of butylphthalide on vascular dementia.Methods Randomly selected 60 patients with vascular dementia from July 2011 to February 2014, and randomly assigned into the experiment group and control group according to different treatments.The control group were treated with hydrochlorothiazide mesylate ergot tablets for treatment, and the experiment group were treated with butylphthalide soft capsules for treatment, the clinical effects were analyzed retrospectively.Results Clinical treatment of patients in the experiment group had the degree of improvement in efficiency and clinical evaluation index before and after treatment was significantly better than the control group of patients （P 〈 0.05）.Conclusions Applying butylphthalided has significant effect on vascular dementia, it is safe and reliable and therefore is recommended to further promotion in clinical practice.
