手术治疗重型颅脑外伤临床分析

Clinical analysis of surgical treatment of severe traumatic brain injury

目的 探讨手术治疗重型颅脑外伤的临床治疗效果.方法 选取确山县人民医院收治的重型颅脑外伤患者120例,分别就采取大骨瓣开颅减压手术治疗与保守治疗将患者随机划分为观察组与对照组,每组60例,比较分析两组的临床治疗效果.结果 经治疗后,观察组患者治疗效果显著高于对照组,且观察组患者在心电图改善、呼吸、意识及颅内压降低等方面也均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.结论 手术治疗重型颅脑外伤的临床治疗效果良好,值得推广与应用.

Objective To investigate the clinical effects of surgical treatment of severe traumatic brain injury.Methods A total of 120 cases admitted to Queshan People＇ s Hospital with severe brain trauma patients who took big decompression craniotomy surgery and conservative treatment, the patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group with each group of 60 cases, the clinical effects of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment, the effect of observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group.In the improvement of ECG, breathing, conscious and intracranial pressure, it is also lower than those of the control group, the differences were significant （P 〈 0.05）.Conclusions The effect of surgical treatment on severe traumatic brain injury is good, So it is worthy of promotion and application.
