一种发掘ε-聚赖氨酸合成酶的生物信息学新方法

A new method to in silico identify ε-poly-L-lysine synthetases

摘要 ε-聚赖氨酸(ε-Poly—L—lysine,ε-PL)作为一种天然防腐剂,已知的ε-PL产生菌基本仅在链霉菌科(Streptomycetaceae)麦角菌真菌(Ergot fungi)中发现。目前ε-PL产生菌筛选方法仍为传统的化学方法,存在工作量大、周期长等劣势,所用染料存在一定毒性。
