摘要 目的:探讨掌叶大黄品质与气候因子的相关性,为掌叶大黄抚育和栽培提供依据。方法:采用超高效液相色谱法测定掌叶大黄主产区甘肃、四川、青海3省样品中8种有效成分的含量,应用SPSS软件对有效成分含量进行单因素方差分析,并对含量数据与气候因子进行相关性分析。结果:气压、相对湿度和温度与掌叶大黄含量有密切关系,是影响掌叶大黄品质重要的气候因子。掌叶大黄有效成分含量与气压、相对湿度和温度呈正相关。结论:甘肃产掌叶大黄品质较好,气候因子影响其有效成分合成积累。该研究为不同产地掌叶大黄品质变异及生态适应提供了实验依据,对提高掌叶大黄品质、进行适宜的生态区划分和保障掌叶大黄产业化发展具有重要指导意义。 This study was aimed to investigate the relationship between the quality of Rheum palmatum L. and ecological factors, in order to provide the basis for nurture and cultivation of R. palmatum L. The ultra performance liquid chromatography(UPLC) was used in the determination of 8 effective components in samples from 3 major R. palmatum L. producing provinces, which were Gansu, Sichuan and Qinghai province. The SPSS software was applied to analyze the effective components by the one-way analysis of variance. And the correlation analysis between the content and ecological factors was also conducted. The results showed that the pressure, relative humidity and temperature had close relationship with the content of bioactive compounds in R. palmatum L. The content of effective components in R. palmatum L. was positively related to pressure, relative humidity, and temperature. It was concluded that the quality of R. palmatum L. in Gansu province was better. And the ecological factors affected the accumulation of effective components. This research provided experimental basis for the quality of R. palmatum L. in different regions and ecological adaptation. The results demonstrated critical meaning for R. palmatum L. quality improvement, appropriate ecological division, and industrialized development promotion of R. palmatum L.
